METHOD

Add Seven Tails XO, lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard for 2-3 seconds. Double strain into a Champagne flute or White wine glass and add a generous splash of brut Champagne. Garnish with the oils of a lemon zest.

  • 0.5oz Fresh lemon juice

  • 0.5oz simple syrup

  • 2oz Brut Champagne
